Helloooooo, People of Deviantart, Earth, and Beyond!

Been a while since I updated this thing. I feel like making a blurb.
One of the major reasons I haven't submitted anything to my gallery in a while is because of the workload I'm getting from school. I lack the time necessary to complete and submit any pieces right now. I may submit some school stuff, I suppose, but only when I have time.

Also, some weird things have been going on at my house recently. Few weeks ago, my mom's sink (the one in the bathroom connected to her room) exploded. No... not literally, but pretty close to it. It burst. And so we currently have a 'temporary cabinet and facet' set up where the old sink was. Personally, I'm glad that old, rusty, leaky thing is gone. It doesn't smell as much in there anymore and YOU CAN ACTUALLY TURN THE SINK ALL THE WAY OFF.
Yesterday, the kitchen sink regurgitated. That's right, I said it regurgitated. Well, actually, it first flooded into the dishwasher and made a pool in the kitchen, and then regurgitated. It was... nasty... but I think my dad got it fixed.
My dad is now working on building a wooden fence in the backyard to replace our chicken-wire fence. Maggie (silly jack-russel terrier) keeps finding a way to climb/jump/fly over it, and it needed to be done anyway... so he finally decided to start. Unfortunately, tomorrow morning he will be leaving for three days on a business trip, and the fence will go unfinished. My mother and my sister and I will have to fend for ourselves when he's gone against the various horrors of the house, and figure out how to make lunches, cook dinners, etc. I find it odd that he will be gone the same three days that *Cocolovesyou will be gone on a school trip.

Just a few minutes ago I nearly blinded myself. Don't look at the bottom of a laser-pointer mouse when it's on...
Also, don't put your finger on the metal part of a plug when you're plugging/unplugging something from a socket. It hurts. A lot. It's weird, I shocked my finger, and my mouth tastes metallic. Should I be concerned?

That's all I have for now, because this was only really to signify to people that I'm still alive and thinking about deviantart and to put a somewhat-happy journal in the mix of depressing ones going around recently.
